The College of Education of De La Salle University-Manila invites you to its 3rd Education Congress on September 21 to September 22, 2012 at the Multi-purpose Hall, Br. Andrew Gonzalez Building, De La Salle University - Manila. The theme for this year’s congress is “Teaching and Learning for Meaning in a Globalized World”. Specifically, this congress aims to be a forum for ideas on the latest trends and innovations in achieving meaningful teaching and learning in the 21st century. Therefore, this congress will feature plenary presentations, parallel talks and workshops related to diverse areas in education.
Since the congress encourages maximum participation from its participants, we invite you to submit proposals for 20 minute parallel presentations in the following areas/themes:
Presenters are invited to submit a 150 word abstract including the following details:
Name of presenter/s
Position/Institutional Affiliation
3-5 keywords
Presenters should submit a softcopy to dlsueduccongress@gmail.com.
Since this is the first call for papers, presenters should be reminded of the following dates:
August 12, 2012- Deadline for submission of abstracts
September 1, 2012- Notification of acceptance
September 10, 2012- Deadline for registration for speakers/ early-bird participants
Speakers are required to register to assure inclusion in the program. Please refer to the registration link for details on how to register.
